New Tool Warranty
Our tools are thoroughly inspected and tested in our machine shop. All new tools sold by Jerry’s Equine are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 6 MONTHS from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not apply where:
• Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
• Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.
• The tools have been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
• Alterations have been made to the tool.
In no event shall Jerry’s Equine be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the products sold hereunder.
Used Tool Warranty
Our tools are thoroughly inspected and tested in our machine shop. All used tools sold by Jerry’s Equine are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 30 DAYS from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not apply where:
• Repairs have been made or attempted by others.
• Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.
• The tools have been abused, misused or improperly maintained.
• Alterations have been made to the tool.
